Let's Experiment

Terell loves to experiment.  Meaning, he likes to make up stuff.  The chances that we can reproduce what was made is always very slim.  Hopefully we can reproduce this one: take some frozen peaches and thaw in the microwave, then drain.  Let the peaches soak in your favorite liquor (for us, it was RockTown Distillery's Apple Pie Whiskey).  Take a skillet, throw in some butter and let melt.  Coat the liquor-soaked peaches with a little flour and crushed ginger snaps.  Throw in the skillet and fry, yes, fry.  You want the liquor, flour and ginger snaps to get crispy.  Take out of the skillet, put into a bowl and top with ice cream.  If you're feeling really lucky, take the skillet, add a little more butter, cream and liquor and make a sauce.  So very delicious!!
